bananah pancakes1/2 cup flour1/2 Tbsp sugar1 tsp baking powder1/8 tsp salt1 egg, beaten1/2 cup milk1 Tbsp oil1 banana, mashedcombine flour, sugar, baking powder & salt. in a separate bowl, mix egg, milk, oil & banana.blend all together until just combined - it will be lumpy. let batter rest for 5 minutes.heat skillet to medium heat; pour 1/4 cup of batter on skillet. when pancake bubbles, flip it. cook a few more minutes until it's done. eat while hot. if you like, stack with little blobs of peanut butter between cakes.
